@pinemarten There is a lot of market shift going on right now. I liquidated about 25k USD in BTC last night to cover bills that we can't pay with crypto but I'm wondering if I would have been smarter to shift it to XMR and paid out of pocket (fiat) for these bills instead

@graf I think this kind of side-shifting is what is keeping XMR price up. Although it is all pretty opaque, and driven a lot by Korean whales and other mystery actors.

@graf Market cap of XMR is $7.3B, and BTC is $1.7T, or over 200 times more -- so XMR is like a flea on the back of a dog, it goes along for the ride.
