0-8? Never heard of it. I'm still bitter they stopped using normal spin off oil filters and now you gotta use that reusable canister with bonus spin off cap. I just changed my oil a couple weeks ago and the Toyota dealer used the cap to torgue the whole filter. Took me 30 minutes to separate them. Grrrrrrr....
