@lazarus Real question. The AWS outage a few months ago took out Signal messages for me. If you were unaffected, location may have something to do with it; I'm not sure.

Was asking because there are real flamewars going on about which one is the right one to use.So, there's #Matrix and all it's apps.Simpler, and more #KISS to me, is #XMPP:Install #Prosody using #YunoHostUse #ConversationsIM on #Android#Monal on #iOS and you're good to go.Little bit more oldschool to me is #DeltaChat: Just use the mail protocol for chatting.
