       @rees @Fash-E it was total war.  the western world felt that nazi germany was an extreme threat, probably mainly because their economic model reduced the need for international banker's control.  understand that to the core halls of power, having everyone enslaved to a central economic power like that was an advantage, because it allowed elites to wage war without actually threatening their own power structure-- the kings were always ransomed back to their home nation.  it lets them send masses of people to their deaths without needing to worry about any threat to their own power base.  same reason we have a policy of NEVER (lol) engaging in political assassination.
