@Nonilex His obsession with this basic grooming and presentation stuff brings to mind a senior "individual contributor" developer who was suddenly raised to VP of engineering and didn't understand the job was different.If someone like that was dropping into code reviews to nitpick coding guidelines, comments, and commit messages I'd be like "yes, you're technically correct, but shouldn't you be spending your time focusing on overall product strategy or something?"
