@stux just like they did in 1991 with the Budapest Memorandum.In return for giving up the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world, Russia promised to respect the sovereignty of Ukraine.At the time the USA, UK and Europe praised Russia for that agreement.They all seem to have conveniently forgotten about that.A Russian promise is just a betrayal waiting to happen.
