If the PTO shaft doesn't scare you, you don't know a one-armed no-legged two-fingered guy named "Lucky".

@tyler I was looking at PTO augers and they look like the sketchiest death traps I have ever seen in my life. The whole shaft is just exposed and you're expected to manipulate it to position and put weight on and off it lmao. Fuck that, I'll get a front hydraulic one. And I don't care if they have those plastic sleeves, those do fuck all in almost any scenario. They shouldn't even sell those things, they give people false confidence.

@7073M @tyler It's the only implement that I know of (note: I'm retarded) where the shaft is pitched up and not parallel or lower than it comes out of the tractor. Plus, NONE of the models I've seen are shielded around the PTO (on the frame itself), only that shitty useless piece of shit plastic sleeve.

@eriner Never heard that. I'll ask around. Tractor and farm means fun and danger. That's why you have odd numbers of kids.
