I once bought the domain "philtorroneprivateeye.com" and put a splash image on it of a conspiracy board with all the people he had harassed online doing his "journalism." He emailed me saying it was illegal and he could sue and that I had "24 hours to transfer the domain to him and Limor" lololol. He CC'd my boss and we laughed about it together. Anyway, that's how they came to own that domain (which is long gone by now)

@discatte @halotroop2288 Might also be worth looking at TI’s MSP430 line. They have better than average debuggability via their “Spy-Bi-Wire” feature (like JTAG, but only needs two pins, so much nicer on low-pin-count parts).

@discatte @halotroop2288 Did a little digging to refresh my memory. I first got into the MSP430 line when TI released the eZ430, a small USB stick with a programmer, debugger, and a *tiny* detachable target board. The target was about the size of a thumbnail and has the SOIC-14 micro, a single LED, a few resistors and capacitors, a four pin connector for the eZ430 programmer, and 14 DIP-spaced breakout vias. Looks like that one has been discontinuedThey have a lot of devices in the Launchpad line. Some have some integrated peripherals (like antennas for WiFi and/or sub-GHz), some have sockets to let you use various micros.
