       @Nonilex V Evropě má každý občan od svého státu kartu identity, "občanský průkaz".Jeho majitel má právo se pohybovat uvnitř Evropské unie a prokazuje se úřadů.Lze tak nezpochybnitelně propojit občana s jeho zdravotním pojištěním, daňovými příjmy a všemi úkony na úřadech. Tímto průkazem se prokazuje při volbách.Je to samozřejmě určité omezení ale zároveň i nezpochybnitelný doklad u voleb a neexistuje, že by nositele takového průkazu policie zatkla jako migranta nebo bez vážného důvodu.

       @Petr90 We have something similar.“Real ID”We used to just have driver’s licenses, but the Real ID has replaced them & they are required to fly.But this article is talking about video & camera surveillance along roadways scanning your vehicle & route & deciding through some algorithm that information means you should be stopped & detained by law enforcement officers.
