@Djeep Reminds me many years ago a burglar tried to sue a houseowner because he had slipped on his icy path, or maybe stairs. No success, afaik. (because "no intent to hurt"). But houseowners who e.g. have a dog that bites an intruder or has set a trap that injures a burgler, mayb be sued. Because it is "intent" to hurt/damage. I guess lots of grey zones in this. Even in Sweden, where criminals often are treated rather kindly...
