@Nonilex Insurance Lawyer Lindsey was the only one in charge of the grand jury. She can't lay this off on the FBI agent witness or any other lawyer - although Pam Bondi put her boot in it by twice attempting to ratify ALL her behavior.Halligan seems to have elegantly slipped from inexperience owing to error to full-blown prosecutorial misconduct, ordinarily as rare as Trump truth-telling. I wonder if she's also dancing with obstruction.

@Nonilex If Comey's version of events is correct, Halligan falsified USG records and committed a fraud on the court, as well as committing serious wrongs against the defendant for which the USG would be held liable. The second will get her disbarred, the first should get her fired and indicted for a felony.Bondi and Halligan might be relying on a Tump pardon. But Trump is notorious for withholding things when he smells failure to get him what he wants.
