did you know that you can find free Cortex M0 development boards at the side of the road? folks call them disposable vapes but they're hackable, and i've reverse engineered a bunch of them! see https://github.com/schlae/VapeRE/

many of these vapes bring the ARM SWD lines out through the charging connector's CC lines. with a simple breakout board and an SWD dongle you can reprogram the firmware.

@arclight @tubetime No such ideas were part of my education in my country and time, but I imagine such scenarios nonetheless, perhaps for my twisted love of postapocalyptic fantasies and technology with little apparent use in some given era.

@tubetime I've heard you can run a web server, albeit not well, on them. Would be interesting to see how feasible it is to make clusters out of them. No hardfp hurts though.
