@detondev I know this is TV captions but the restaurant I work at makes pies daily and sometimes I get to eat slices of it for free to avoid waste

@bfdifan2763 at my cafe its against the rules in most situations to eat leftovers but lots of us save pizza and cake from the trash by smuggling it home

@detondev During the filming of Julia Child's the French Chef, the staff did in faact it later. I worked for a while at a culiinary school, and students routinely left stuff on my desk. To this day I have eclair trauma. We could take leftovers from the bread kitchen, too.
