@ShowMeYourLibrary I have had a lobster pizza, and I highly recommend it. start with the pizza crust/dough thincrust is bestsmear with whole milk ricotta cheese, and sprinkle dried Italian herbs.then a scattering of baby arugula and minced shallots.now pizza sauce of your choice but not too muchFRESH mozzarella cheese to cover. chunks of lobster meat and chopped garlic on the topbake at high heat until done.
