@PNS it would work, pay your 10 dollar monthly mortgage, put additional 2.5k toward principal, in 15-20years, you own the home.

@PNS i think it gets to the point that we just pay for a house forever but never actually own it anymore. No one can afford them due to unrealistic values (greed) and property taxes. So just bid on who will pay the most monthly to live there. The realtors just bid on a monthly payment to Black Rock! Whoever wants to pay the most each month gets the house, until they decide to leave or die -or can't pay it - or the new social score implementation ruins them - I think that this about right!
