       @mynameistillian the more I learn about art and the more I experience, the more I am convinced that your take is one of the good ones. Everything can be art, and art does not need to be vetoed by committee or understood. the definition is subjective in the sense that if someone declares something art, it is! However, if it's art to *someone* that can't be revoked. It is and keeps being art, as long as someone remembers it as such.

       @mynameistillian that art should "mean something" or "be valuable" in order to be art is an inherently bourgeoisie notion, imho. it is the same kind of brainworm that refuses to let people just exist, and demand the creation of capitalist value in order to "prove" one's worth of existence. It is part of the financialization of everything, the peak which we are seeing with blockchain, crypto, NFTs and AI**LLM chatbots
