I need to do some minor 3D modelling for a project box to be 3d printed but I've already got a headache so I'm looking at OpenSCAD and Fusion 360 and going "no, that'll just make it worse"

I was thinking about my 3d-printer-into-plotter project and I realized that my printer has:1. a dry erase marker2. a webcamif I add:3: eraserthen I can plot GIFs, frame by frame. I'm sure I could use this for non-evil ends

@thomasfuchs yeah, I'm assuming it's just a dead battery. I haven't been able to do any 3D modelling stuff for over a year, so they probably slowly leaked charge until they're dead

@foone @thomasfuchs youd think they'd make it so much easier to get the batteries out of those. Mine have annoying nail hooky opening, originally a screw too.Usb-c chargable ones would be nice rather than eating through coin cells

I got a new LCD that I thought would be better, it's color and 128x128 instead of 128x64 monochrome. It updates way slower, though, to the point where my old code is visibly flickery when all it's doing is drawing some basic text

I switched to playing with the pico-SDK. The MCU I'm using is the Waveshare RP2040-Plus which has 16mb of flash onboard, and I'd like to use at least some of that as a USB mass storage device.

I got this code working:https://github.com/oyama/pico-usb-flash-drivebut I can't get it to give me more than 256kb of storage. That's plenty, honestly, but I should have 16mb, which suggests I'm not accessing the right storage

I historically have not had good luck with getting picos to act as keyboards, unless they're in arduino mode. but if this is SDK-based I'm gonna need some working keyboard code to look at for comparison

@foone had a look at the code and it looks quite unnecessarily complex. it's full blown c++ and damn, it has all the bell and whistles you want including lcd screen and temperature reading!
