       Got 😔. Visited Mom. She was struggling to feed herself. They cut up her food. She only has one hand that semi works. I fed her and cut it tiny. Reality check on mortality.

       @DMA I'm sorry to hear it, petal. It's awful to see loved ones go through physical and mental decline. I hope the lady is comfortable as can be and afforded what dignity can be granted to her.

       @DMA I truly don't think any of us are prepared for it, even if we know it's potentially coming, even if looking after people in the same situation is your day to day job. I do truly think you'll manage to get through it though, one day one minute at a time. You're tough as nails and you've a good heart. I don't know that there's anything I can do to help meaningfully from over here but if you need anything, even just to vent, you let me know, flower.

       @DMA I'm sorry you're going through that. I know the feeling, I had to take care of my aunt when her health was declining. It's really really hard to see the slow decline of a loved one. Especially the woman who took care of you. My heart and prayers go out to you.
