       @jorl Oh! It's a free program through Steam (I think they also have a standalone install)But it's called ShaderGlass and allows you to run filters on top of literally anything on your computer.I had to use my OBS to capture it for the screenshot though, but figured you'd be interested to see since I find CRT effects on pixel art somehow just making pixel art just... transform to be so fascinating.https://store.steampowered.com/app/3613770/ShaderGlass/
