@Csmgj Please take this in the best way possible. You seem like a reasonably intelligent person otherwise.😉😊Anyone that takes the Bible literally, is in my opinion not being 🦉. It's gone through so many translations that were political, that one needs to read the source material. And very few of us have experience in the languages required. Wes Hough always has interesting perspectives as a serious scholar.But I do wish more so called Christians had your perspective about

@marathon It wouldn't make any sense to be a Christian unless you took the Bible seriously. For instance, if the dead do not actually rise in the last day, we might as well eat, drink and be merry. 1 cor 15:32

@Csmgj how wrong the genocide in Gaza is. I doubt very much that Jesus would approve. He was a prince of peace, after all. Vengeance is the old testament. Which is Jewish not Christian.
