       The Bolsheviks in Russia ended up re-hiring a bunch of Tsarist personnel to actually run the massive state apparatus they required. Communism in practice is basically the entire society as a single giant corporation where company policy extends to your home when you're not working and no one is allowed to quit and go work somewhere better.
