I don't drive, but shortly after living in NYC for a few years I was aware of how much a "parking ticket" cost, at home in Cleveland for the holidays I listened with mounting horror as my aunt complained about how my cousin kept getting parking tickets at CASE. "I don't know what's wrong with her. She has 40 parking tickets."My face went white. That would be... tens of thousands of dollars!"perhaps we could take a collection at church" I said thinking of my dear crushed by debit.

Parking tickets in Cleveland were like $3 at the time. My aunt got mad at me for not knowing how to drive.
