@Nonilex Holy shit. I just started rereading 'Swan Song' by Robert McCammon, like, the thing I stopped doing before reading this, and it starts with the president authorizing limited nuclear responses after Russia provokes him to, the US being a collapsed economy of a nation of homeless and imprisoned.
