@aral If I must explain to a very young kid what is life, I'd say it's when some stones become intelligent.Life and intelligence are for me the same thing, having singularity is to see a new kind of life appearing.But RNA/DNA life is very efficient, has low mineral consumption, and uses very little amount of "rare" minerals.And its chemistry is optimised.Their singularity must rather be named stupidity threshold, or mineral idiocracy threshold.#biology #life
