       Interesting, so it works the same way as "organic" food in that you just have to trust the accreditation agency, and of course nobody actually knows who they are in practice.

I found Rule 375-5-3-.01'The Commercial Driver Training Program shall be administered by the Director of the Regulatory Compliance Division of the Department of Driver Services, and such additional staff as the Commissioner deems necessary.'The most recent listing is for the 2023 Director, Brent Bennett (niggeR).

       @stoner713 It gets worse, any tom dick or harry can open their own accreditation llc and rubber stamp cdl schools. Apparently there is no actual database for private accrediting bodies.
