       @eee The bus driver doesn't care. He doesn't own the bus. It's big enough that there's no immediate damage. Almost certainly nothing will happen to him as a result.But the car after the bus saw the aftermath on the street and on the bus tires, but decided to stucco himself in a bus-sized pothole anyway.

       this is business as normal in philly. it sucks to drive in and the works crews will leave those roadblocks up for ages. sometimes you just have to make it work by going around.philly is truly a terrible place

       @Paultron @bullmousse how can someone be this incompetentfill it up with a light concrete mix, then bolt a steel plate over it til it cures. use the biggest possible bolt heads so niggers cant steal these plates. this way a patch is finished after about three days and it wouldnt be necessary to block the road.
