@Nonilex They’re full of it. The statute governing gifts to the US requires that all such money be deposited into the General Fund of the Treasury. If the money is deposited into a different account or otherwise repurposed it’s an augmentation of DoD’s appropriation. They know this and Vought has no problem ignoring appropriations law.
