@IAMAL_PHARIUS I guess it's because most (all?) of the recipes use ground beef, colloquially, "hamburger meat." The dishes are mostly some variation of pasta, cheese, milk, and ground beef.

It usually involves the addition of other spices and tomato sauces and ends up like a merger of ((mac n cheese) and (spaghetti with meat sauce)(elbow noodles substituted)).Or it can be an alternative for lasagna which is seen as an involved complicated baking dish, but with the nearly the simplicity of preparing mac n cheese.
