Interesting article in the WSJ about NYC office rentals being at a 19 year high. We've recovered from the pandemic and now more people in the office than before it started. Most of the new rentals are for finance firms who want to be in NYC to "get young professional workers" Yes we have many of those.

@futurebird did i mention that i waited in line for that Ceres pizza? The only reason why i would donit again is corporate credit card and I don't like being in the office
