       @BowsacNoodle @sj_zero it's bad for mens and wammans alike. of course mine wasn't dude short to begin with, it was more between chin and shoulderif you still have enough hair to grow it long, it's a solid Orthodox thing to do. my darling husband's hairline receded to the point that long hair became silly. I miss the days when we hairmaxxed together. he still rocks the Ortho-beard.

       Since we moved to Bumfuck, OK in '19, I bought some clippers and my wife gives me a #3 about every 6 weeks. Her bestie in DFW used to cut my hair. Clippers were $75.00, and the haircuts were $25 + tip. Paid for itself in less than 3 haircuts.I don't mind the burr look at all now.

       Right at the beginning of the pandemic, I was like "Oh shit we won't be able to get haircuts, they're gonna mess us up" so I quietly grabbed a hair clipper on Amazon.And it turned out to be like the last flight out of Saigon for the next 2 years.
