Organic political movements are not allowed, and the ones that do somehow manage to start are either stopped in their tracks or diverted toward inefficacy.        @Ghislaine My personal conspiracy theory is that Massie is being set up to try to discredit right-wing anti-Israel sentiment by associating it with the wrong side of every other issue.The problem with that approach is that we remember full well that the 49 other congressional Republicans have mediocre records at best, so what do we care about one slightly different disappointment.

       @Ghislaine There are plenty of senators who could fill that role and have done so in the past, and most of them are burrowed deeply enough into their Senate seats that they aren't afraid of a primary, especially since the establishment would go all-out in sabotaging any successful primary challenger in the General.
