@nyx i have a borrowed copy of this that i've been meaning to read for a while actually !! i've been into baudrillard for a while, the few things i have read have just been misc stuff that piqued my interest cuz of how i've come to see the world on my own (primarily existentialist n postmodernist stuff n buddhist stuff) n i believe baudrillard directly referenced SotS in Simulations ? n i've been meaning to read it since :>

@nyx @3GO_D3COMP I hadn't actually read this yet until now, it's really good for how it concisely ties together the logic of value, capital and surplus with alienation. definitely a good one to be recommending to people. (these times are likely fertile for such activity imo)
