Ok I got it wrong, this is actually the Lahovický most. But it doesn’t count because wrong river. Ugly highway bridge but with generous sidewalks and even pointless lookout towers. Mid.

@lkundrak yeah it sucked, but on the other hand, setting out some specific goal, rather than randomly walking around, makes me stick to plan and see places i'd strongly tend to avoid (like the barrandov bridge, this was my first time walking over it)

@lkundrak @pony I think I tried rollerblading from Hlavní Nádraží to Karlín and then to Holešovice once (2013 ish maybe) and it was awful as well

@crzwdjk yes except actually no, it ends like 100 meters before the end of the bridge without replacement (there's a turn lane) and most drivers simply ignore it and drive on it

@pony esp when we did it after a rainstorm and everything was completely deserted and the jewish quarter had an extremely atmospheric vibe it looked like a dark souls area (probably cus the dark souls team went on a research trip there lol)

@ignaloidas the sculptures are quite good, but even though the bridge got a major repair job in the last few years, I don't think they touched those much or at all, because why bother, you don't appreciate that much driving
