       the only other thing I remember about that guy is that we also played Attack Retrieve Capture, a defunct early online multiplayer game. It was a 2D CTF thing, that hits the specific level of notability of having a wikipedia page but not a mobygames page.

       I believe it was in that specific era of early mmo multiplayer where everyone is dumped in the one world, but that world is pretty small and "everyone" is, like, 30-200 people. like Subspace (Continuum).

       @itgrrl the DMP-130 is such a lovely printer. for the first year or two I had it, I could only print in plain text, because I accidentally had it in TRS-80 mode the whole time, and I was printing from windows. whoops

       @foone oh now that you mention it a similar thing might be true for me; I met someone on (of all things) the Coke Music online game/chatroom thing and we wound up chatting over AIM and I sent them some writing I think they wound up putting on their own little website.
