       Who would purchase a confiscated drug boat for the price of licensing and a nominal storage fee? Say 1 - 2 k. Or would you rather see it destroyed at the cost of several hundred to thousands of dollars? There has to be a better way. I would rather see an American tax payer get that boat for next to nothing than have it destroyed or sold back into the hands of some POS cartel.
