       A few days ago I had the great honour to serve tea at a teakwondo black belt celebration at Phönix Taekwon-Do School.About 40 students and masters of all ages had gathered to celebrate. Tea was served in silence, and even after the gong had marked the end if it, nobody spoke - there was a sacred reverence in the room.This was really gong fu cha in action 🍵🙏💚#tea @tea #taekwondo #gongfucha
