       I'm on a wireless keyboard for the first time in my life* and it has some fun weirdness I never experienced on wired keyboardsI just started typing very quickly, and it woke my keyboard from sleep, but apparently my quick typing caused the keyboard to misinterpret "I've" as "[CTRL+I]ve".Modifiers out of nowhere! that's a NASTY bit of incorrect keyboard functioning* I hate wireless keyboards/mice and have never used them, but unfortunately, I'm bedridden

       this is probably caused by the fact that I'm intentionally using the cheapest keyboard I could find. like I think this thing was like 17$ and came with a mouse too.

       (that's not my well-known keyboard masochism, I just needed the lightest wireless keyboard I could find that was also full-width, for medical/ergonomic reasons. that's a slightly weird set of requirements so there aren't many keyboards that fit those requirements, but "buy the cheapest keyboard you can find" incidentally gets pretty close)

       there's certainly better wireless full-width keyboards out there, but most are going to be heavier. and I need lightweight more than I need better quality/extra features

       this one certainly has issues*, but the quality of a <17$ 2.4ghz wireless keyboard is surprisingly high in 2025.* you know me, of course I've tooted about all those issues, I'm a "complains about keyboards" kind of girl, you know?

       @Forbearance I've been tempted. I've already thought "damn, I should have gotten two so I could teardown one"
