       @chris I’m just curious what part of  “ shall not be infringed upon” isn’t clear?  The bill of rights says you might not like what someone has to say but the fact is protected under 1st amendment they have the right to say it.  Period.  People have been shitting on the Constitution since the Biden admin and calling it righteous, it’s not it’s disgusting and I’m sure the founding fathers are spinning in their crypts.  Rules for thee not for me needs to stop!  Just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

       @Pheonix Free speech means the government can’t punish or censor people for their words or beliefs. Foreign nationals have no constitutional right to enter or remain in the U.S., so visas can be revoked for speech. Citizens, however, can say almost anything without criminal penalty—but private employers aren’t the government, so they can fire someone for speech that violates workplace policy or damages reputation. It’s not censorship, it’s consequence.

       @Pheonix Dude I guarantee you that Donald Trump is taking what he learned from DOGE and is literally firing every single person who's ever said anything in an email or on slack about obstructing Trump or never Trump or anti-Trump or whatever I guarantee you that he is summarily firing everybody and closing every agency that has a policy of obstructing or hating Trump first term, during Biden, and now. That's not about free speech that's about targeted vengeance and he ran on that.
