       1/ Unpopular take: Apple CarPlay is fucking trash and it’s all due to enshitification of AppleI never relied on it because my previous car was a swasticar Model SS and Teslas do not integrate with CarPlay and the car did what I needed it to do without it.Now than I’m in a Lucid Air that has CarPlay, it can’t find my fucking music.“Play <song> by <artist>” using Lucid assistant starts playing a karaoke version it finds on Tidal.#apple #carplay #lucidair #enshitfication

       @hasani They're evil. All of them.  In my ancient cars I would install a $40 Bluetooth amplifier, stereo plus subwoofer, velcro'd under a panel. Open door sit down turn on key.. BEEP. Two seconds later BEEP BEEP and press play on phone music player and done. Forty bucks and minor wiring. The latter is probably most peoples limiting factor.
