       @Sgtron @Dan_Ramos if you need to see this for yourself, find an aquarium (fish tank) with live plants in it. Observe during the day tiny bubbles coming from the plants, especially if more light than normal hits the tank for a few minutes.then, after the lights have been off for an hour or two, take a flashlight and check for bubbles. the day bubbles are oxygen.the night bubbles are CO2.plants "respire" just like humans do - the "exhale" CO2 at night if they have any excess.
