It takes privilege to remain neutral in situations of injustice. Your neutrality is nothing more than a declaration that said injustice doesn’t negatively affect you personally and that you couldn’t care less if it does others.

@aral Merci pour ces mots Aral. J'ai appris ça de ma grand-mère qui m'a raconté à l'âge de 100 ans qu'elle avait un jour caché des enfants dans le coffre de sa voiture pour les faire passer dans le sud de la France. Elle ne l'a raconté à personne d'autre que moi.

@aral That's not quite right. America now contains millions of people who are in no reasonable way privileged, who choose be neutral. That's why they are so dangerous.
