@rms you got it all wrong:1. Selling houses built on land that has gone through the most rigorous ownership vetting proceedings in the world is not "expropriation";2. Protesting ANY cause is not allowed in private property, which a synagogue is;3. Tresspassing and using vuvuzelas are two types of violence, both INITIATED by the protesters;4. The only problem with this lawsuit is referring to the FACE act, which is very borderline in this case, instead of just plain old tresspassing law.
