Their racial strategy has been the same for centuries, and essentially operates on a greedy algorithm, where they take as much as they can as quickly as possible, while causing strife as cover for their looting. The ultra-high-trust and prosperous 1900s were historically amenable to this, whereas previous and current/future dynamics are not.
