@futurebird The point I'm reaching in these things is basically where I'm starting to try to just figure out how to make (or loosely approximate anyway) a lot of these kinds of things since so many are disappearing.I guess none of what I've made so far is as good as what can be bought, but at least I'm building alternatives.

Just throw chopped+pulsed stuff into a jar and wait a week. Then puree.If you get it right once you have it for most of a year
