I can be a little basic. I don't like when the bread has a million seeds and things in it. Nine grains, and sprouted beans and pumpernickels, and sunflower seeds, and nuts and berries and squirrels and trees and glacial erratics. French bread is the best IMO. Not "healthy" but does everything have to be healthy?

@futurebird I was disappointed with the bread in Spain and remember thinking "France and Italy are right there! Why the drop off?"On the second part of the trip I went to Morocco and bread there, although different styles, was still better than Spain even though it's a couscous country.

@futurebirdCome to Germany and enjoy a large variety of bread with or without stuff in it. Baguette is nice, but only a little piece of the whole picture.
