Under National Socialist German Workers party. Natural resources of the Nation belonged to the Nation. This makes Anti-Socialists scream in fear and anger. Look it is just like Marxism. What they fail to se is that if the natural resources of a Nation are not Nationalized it means that any foreign capitalist can buy them. This is how Nations becomes nothing more than a colony of international capitalism.Other than that NSDAP defended both Business owners and Workers. Thus Germany Thrived!

Many Nations has this rule and thus they are preserving their land for their people. Foreigners can never buy or own land in these Nations. This one rule is the only thing preventing for Example Indonesians from becoming second rate citizens in their own Nation.I was quite baffled when hearing about this. I was like.... Why??? Don't we do this?

@EvolLove I know, right? I had to get myself a Filipino passport to buy a piece of land over there. Every country should have this kind of laws. I'd you're not eligible for citizenship you have no business owning land

@EvolLove but hey, Poland kinda has this rule too. The EU citizens can in general own whatever they can afford, but if you're not European, you need a government permit to purchase real estate, which in practice means you just can't

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Thailand does not allow foreign ownership either.Exception, foreigners may own a condo, but 51% of the units in the complex must be Thai owned.

@ThatCrazyDude U can never become Indonesian if U were not born Indonesian.Even if U get an Indonesian Passport, which means giving Up all other passport's, since they do not accept dual citizenship U would still not be able to buy land in Indonesia. They are so super based in this way. In many ways they are National Socialists, but they are also constantly attacked by Marxist influensers from western media. They did kill all the communists that tried to start shit in the sixties though.

@ThatCrazyDude IN this case being European would not be enough. U should have to be Polish. But in general. Anyone who is from the Germanic tribe, Scandinavians, Slavs. Any Aryan that are willing to become full citizen should be welcome.I like the no dual passport idea.

@wy7usa @EvolLove I've heard a about that. Seems to me like that's actually de facto total ban on ownership for foreigners. I mean, you can buy an apartment, but you don't own tye land it sits on, and the apartment building will stand maybe 50-60 years so it's essentially a long term lease

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Yes, that is another "workaround", a foreigner may lease land for 30 years (the max allowed duration), with an option to renew for another 30.Some add a clause to renew a 3rd time for 30 more years, but that is on shaky legal grounds.

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Then there is the old "let create a Thai company" to buy the property. Again, Thai companies may only have 49% foreign ownership, but you get some nominee share holders for the Thai 51% and effectively the foreigner has control. This is also on shaky grounds and a lot of people have lost their "investments" this way, especially if they pissed off the cops or neighbors.

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Another way is to buy a "usufruct", which give you the right to use the land until you die. But you never own the land.

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Next way to do it, let the land be in your Thai wife's or Thai children's' name/

@wy7usa @EvolLove or just grease the junta a bit and get yourself a passport. I mean, shit. That has to be an option over there 🤣

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove Nah, Citizenship goes through too many people. Would have to grease the prime minister's palm. For permanent residency they only allow 100 person per nationality per year.Thai immigration and naturalization, even if married to a Thai, is quite difficult. In most cases you have to apply every year to extend your stay, and report to immigration every 90 days. It's actually a lot easier for me and my Thai/American wife to live together in the Philippines.

@wy7usa @EvolLove damn!Definitely much easier in the Philippines when you're married to a Pinay. All you do when you enter the country with your spouse is saying that you want your passport stamped with "balikbayan" instead of your regular entry stamp and you're good for a year. Then you can extend it for another year how many times you want without ever leaving the country. Assuming you don't need work permit, that is

@ThatCrazyDude @EvolLove In Thailand, you apply for extension of stay based on marriage. Must have ~US$12K in the bank.Renew every year for $50. But must present marriage cert, photos, proof of funds and more every year. Can get work permit with this. Normally one must employ 4 Thais per foreigner, 2 Thais if married to a Thai.

@EvolLove because we’d have to give back all land to the native Americans?
