       @tomasino I have his weird recipe for brown rice curry. Apparently they cook rice like it's pasta, boiling it in lots of water until it's tender then draining it.

       @tomasino The problem is it leaves half of an onion. Which means you need to make something else that uses the other half. I don't have a lot of those recipes, so I make my dearly departed's rice pullao.
