       @ricci the only instrument I can really claim to play is various recorders and I don't know if that's not too mean for a prank. Equipping a child with a soprano recorder does sound a little like an unprovoked cruelty.

       @kate I am going to be equipping my kid with my old saxophone. The  plan is for them to just casually show up in band class with the saxophone instead of their guitar, and to actually be able to play it

       @ricci aw that's very cute actually! Best of luck to them. Despite my jokes, I do actually like knowing how to play recorder - instruments are cool.
