And to make matters worse, since 1983, these politicians, who are addicted to spending to keep their donors happy, have stolen every extra surplus dollar contributed to social security, and they've spent it. They keep a tally of the robbery they prefer to call a trust fund, but there's nothing in it but IOUs that they have to repay. Excuse me, that we have to repay.
