       MAYBE he has noticed the anti israel undertones and the amount of his base who think he is controlled by, or is under the thumb of the jewsSo perhaps he is thinking about something like this because his jewish masters told him the peasants would think it was the least "jewy" thing he could do, and wouldnt even consider that every dime given away as a handout is a dime NOT paid off the debt owed to the jewish banks, which in turn is an extra dime the US still has to pay interest onAnd he probably decided to scrap his other completely original idea which was NOT influenced by jews at all, which was to introduce the death penalty for any non jew who found a dime on the sidewalk before a jew got to it  😂😂😂
